Hospitality is built on people. Behind every great bar, restaurant and night out are teams working long hours to look after the rest of us.
Behind the Bar is a 1919 Distilling initiative created to support hospitality workers when they need a little help themselves.
For every litre of 1919 Gin and Vodka sold, we contribute 10 cents to the Behind the Bar Fund. The fund helps eligible staff from venues that stock and pour 1919 products access support with medical and counselling costs.
