Colour: Why is it blue? 'Backsplash Blue' - The gin has been coloured using butterfly pea flower to reflect the deep navy hues of the club. Butterfly pea flower is flavourless and odourless, with the added excitement of changing colour when something acidic is added (tonic). Please note, sunlight may cause it to slowly fade over time.
