Cane Single Cask #2 - Our oldest rum release to date has been fully matured in a ex Four Roses Bourbon barrel at the top of the barrel rack resulting in hot and humid ageing. Cask #2 offers everything you would expect for our cane rum with more body and a hint of funk.

This single cask release, is non chill filtered, has no added colours or sugars, because we believe in preserving the authenticity of rum.
