After years of searching and experimenting, our core range whisky is available made from New Zealand Malted Barley and aged exclusively in first-fill Tennessee Bourbon Barrels.

This whisky explores the provenance of Aotearoa's East Coast, the first location in the world to watch the sun rise, and on nautical vessels often referred to as First Light.

Tasting Notes; A rich creamy Single Malt Whisky, with subtle notes of green apple and tropical fruits.
